After defining the current user journey within the SKC and validating the user personas, we moved into the ideation phase to explore possible solutions. Once we received the green light from the customer, we began building the design system and creating high-fidelity prototypes.
We also mapped out a roadmap and timeline for deliverables, while maintaining periodic updates to the project owner.
